As many of our pieces are custom made, we generally do not offer a returns service if you change your mind on an item. We are grateful for each and every customer and take the greatest care creating pieces of amazing quality, each individually checked before leaving on it's journey to you.
If for some horrible reason your order arrives damaged, or you feel a piece is faulty you can of course contact us for an exchange / adjustment or refund at email@example.com
If you have opted for tracked and your package hasn't arrived after 10 days (UK) and 20 days (International) of dispatch, please kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org - We cannot look in to lost or missing parcels after 28 days of dispatch if we are not contacted beforehand. For items with standard delivery, we cannot be held responsible for loss in the post. We provide proof of postage.
